• April 3 at 4:36 a.m., a female student reported finding two male students videotaping her when she was showering in a residence hall men's restroom. The incident is under investigation.??

• April 3 at 10:01 p.m., four students in Henninger Hall were judicially referred for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.

• April 4 at 1:33 a.m., one student at the 500 block of North Charles Street was judicially referred for behavior after he allegedly attempted to instigate an altercation with another individual.?

?• April 4 at 2:58 a.m., Michael Capizzano, 20, of 1508 Thompson Hall, was arrested in his room for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. He was assigned a May 12 court date.?

?• April 4 at 5:47 a.m., Abel Ramirez, 19, of 403 Henninger Hall, was arrested in his room for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. He was assigned a May 12 court date.?

?• April 4 at 7:05 p.m., Alexander Nelson, 20, of 431 Higgins Hall, was arrested near Stadium Drive and Murray Street for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. He was assigned a May 5 court date.??

• April 4 at 9:20 p.m., Austen Dempsay, 20, of 1004 Lincoln Hall, was arrested in Lincoln for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and attempted obstruction of justice. He was assigned a May 6 court date.??

• April 4 at 9:23 p.m., Jacob Vallone, 19, of 610 Henninger Hall; and nonstudents Brent Neavins, 19, of Geneva; Aimee Rocush, 18, of Hinckley; Shelby Stammett, 18, of Elburn; Megan Scully, 19, of North Aurora; and Danielle Glynn, 19, of Sugar Grove, were arrested in Henninger for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. They were each assigned a May 5 court date. One WIU student was judicially referred for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. ?

?• April 4 at 11:14 p.m., a University employee reported that a lightbulb had been shattered on the 14th floor of Higgins Hall, causing $25 in damage.??

• April 5 at 2:06 a.m., nonstudent Cassandra Graham, 18, of Abingdon, was arrested near the University Drive/Western Avenue intersection for driving while license suspended. She posted $100 cash bond for a May 11 court date. Passengers Kyle Johnson, 18, of Chatham; Lacey Eck, 19, of Bushnell; and Sean Ingrassia, 18, of 507 Henninger Hall, were arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and assigned a May 12 court date. Johnson was also cited for illegal transportation of alcohol.??

• April 5 at 11:48 a.m., a vending machine employee reported that nine items, with a total value of $6.95, had been stolen from a Higgins Hall vending machine.??

• April 5 at 12:08 p.m., a University employee discovered that the vending machine in Higgins Hall, which had been reported as being broken into, had been tipped into a wall, causing $100 in damage to the wall.??

• April 6 at 5:48 p.m., a woman reported damages to her car, estimated more than $1,500, which occurred while parked in the Horrabin Hall cutout lane. There was damage to the driver's side rear bumper and a crack in the brake light.

• April 7 at 8:59 p.m., a student in the Bayliss-Henninger dining center was issued a judicial referral for disruptive (verbal) behavior.

Really? Disruptive behavior at 9:00 PM in the dining center? I was there, and trust me, there wasn't anyone even IN the dining center besides me and a few friends to "disrupt". (Continued…)
