Refunds and credits for the canceled Sept. 29 GROOVEJAM The Concert Series, starring T-Pain, for Western Illinois University's Black Student Association Homecoming celebration, will be given until 5 p.m. Oct. 17 at the Hainline Theatre Box Office.

Patrons are encouraged to visit the box office in person to process their refund. Some transactions, such as tickets bought by credit card at the box office and by student charges, require the buyer's presence to complete the transaction. Box-office hours are from noon to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Customers who paid by check or cash will need to give the box office their name and complete postal address and a refund check will be mailed. There will be no cash refunds.

Customers who paid by credit card at the box office must have that card run through the machine at the box office to process the credit. The box office can process an automatic credit to a charge account for patrons who phoned in their orders.

Customers who charged tickets to their student account must take their student ID to the box office so the charge can be removed.

The $1 service fee assessed to each ticket is non-refundable.

Patrons who redeemed concert tickets for admission into the "after party" are not eligible for a refund.
