Sept 11 tragedy was an inside job

Ryan Schroeder

Issue date: 9/13/06 Section: Opinion
Now that it's been five years since two military planes posing as civilian airliners hit the twin towers of the World Trade Center less than an hour before the detonation charges were fired, I think it's about time we took a good hard look at the facts surrounding the crime of the century (all apologies to O.J.) and called a spade a spade.

Sept. 11 was an inside job, period.

I'm sure many of you are familiar with a number of the facts that us "conspiracy nuts" (a moniker I despise) have brought up that directly contradict the official lie, so I won't bring up the fact that the New York Times reported back in November 2001 that the owner of WTC 7, Larry Silverstein, bought the entire WTC complex six weeks before 9/11, complete with a $3.6 billion insurance policy specifically targeting acts of terrorism and tried to file a $7.2 billion claim, insisting that each airplane was a separate act. Not to mention the 47-story WTC 7 building collapsed straight down into a neat pile of rubble in six seconds, despite not having been hit by anything and being surrounded by buildings that are intact today.

I won't bother you by telling you that all the photos of the scene at the Pentagon show no lawn damage, no debris from an airplane, no damage to the building where the wings, tail section or engines would have hit, or that a number of reporters for the news outlets covering the event reported that before changing their stories.

And I certainly won't bug you about all those WTC employees, people in adjacent buildings and firemen who were in the building when it collapsed (listen to some of the FDNY radio transmission recordings) who reported hearing crackling sounds, seeing flashes and hearing explosions on as low as the seventh floor and as high as the 50th that were synonymous with a controlled demolition.

I won't even mention that half of the "hijackers" were known to be alive after Sept. 11, or that Osama bin Laden denounced the attacks and denied involvement in a statement issued to Al Jazeera. Or that NORAD stood down that day. Or that Marvin Bush (the president's brother) was a director of Securacom, the company providing security at the WTC. Oh, and that there were sudden, unannounced "evacuation drills" in the towers that summer.

If it was an inside job, how come nobody has leaked the the fact. It would take a crew of at least 50 people to wire the towers for implosion, over a course of several months. (Continued…)

The writer of this article is a complete idiot. This article is the dumbest thing I have ever read. I only hope I can show it to whatever paper looks to hire you someday and change their minds. (Continued…)

Well you have reassured me that the "idiot" is no longer an endangered species.

Your comments are the most insensitive, incomprehensible, and irrational comments I have ever read in the WC. (Continued…)

Mr. Shroeder is what many of us normal people call a moonbat-someone who has absolutely no sense about world events. I bet if you question him further he will also tell you that the jews, masons, bilderburgs, tri-latteral commison, boy scouts, and any other group is also involved in this "conspiracy". (Continued…)

You are just as bad as the people you rail against. Fact is, I could sit here and refute your entitre "column" if I wanted to, using rational thought, but it is not worth it. (Continued…)

Do you know how any rational person knows that the government didn't plan 9/11? Because they are completely incompetent. I don't even need evidence to know they didn't plan it. (Continued…)
