I mean no disrespect to Ms. Donaghy, but her article could almost have been redone by reversing the parties involved.
This past week (the first week of classes) I counted 9 student cars in a faculty/staff parking lot next to the library one day, and 13 student cars in the Knoblauch Hall lot the next. I did not continue to count the rest of the week.
You wonder why we must use student parking areas, some of which we are entitled to? It is because MANY students, of which you are probably not included, use faculty/staff spots.
I would suggest if anyone feels that someone, faculty or student, is parked incorrectly, call parking services and ask them to ticket the vehicle.
